Its location was marvellous, adjacent to Close to outlet mall, MRT and airport and cable car station. One could dine at restaurants such as Holly Restaurant 20 minutes away.

Our stay at Four Points was great! The hotel is conveniently located near CityGate Mall and Tung Chung MTR, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, with most of them speaking good English. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices and the food was delicious. Plus, the free shuttle bus to the airport was a convenient perk.

My room was spacious, had smoke detectors for safety measures. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware worked well. Location: the hotel was adjacent to MTR, Close to outlet mall and Hong Kong. There was café Moccato, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue.

All the services were EXCEPTIONAL. The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator.

The most important was the staff - amicable and competent people.

The location was great, within a close distance from Citygate Outlets Shopping Centre. The jewel in the crown was professional and attentive staff.

We stayed at Four Points By Sheraton Tung Chung for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The check-in staff was courteous and accommodated our request for an accessible room. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and my mother loved the barrier-free shower. The hotel's location is perfect, with 7-11, a supermarket, and fast-food restaurants right across the street. Just a short walk away, there are more dining options and a Starbucks at the Century Link shopping centre. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the Tung Chung MTR station and the airport, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms offer great views of the city and a glimpse of the harbour. a clean and modern hotel with professional staff.
